Do you perform repairs or physical work?

No - I do not perform repairs or licensed contracting work. I provide education, coaching, and step-by-step guidance so you can safely understand and manage your own projects. If your project turns out to require a licensed contractor or falls outside my scope, the consultation is free - No Charge, No Pressure.

What if my project turns out to be unsafe or beyond my skill level?

If anything appears unsafe, outside a homeowner’s legal limit, or requires a licensed professional, I’ll stop the session immediately and explain your options. Safety comes first every time.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept secure direct payment methods such as Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, and similar options. Once we schedule your session I will send you an invoice with the payment link.

Whats your cancellation or reschedule policy?

You can reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment at no cost. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a re-booking fee due to the reserved time slot.
